Nightmare garage- I am 53 and I have been driving for 35 years- the Owner and mechanic of this place is the worst I ever had to deal with- dishonest and incompetent. I have spent 670 on my car and absolutely nothing has been repaired. My car is exactly as I left it. I now have to go through a small claim to try to get my money back and you can be sure this guy is going to be as dishonest as he can be, lying to avoid taking responsibility. ( on a good note the people at the desk are polite and understanding )

Took my Renault with a noisy front coil spring and top mount. I was charged 45 because they had sat in my vehicle for 30 seconds and turned the stearing wheel left and right to listen for the noise and then told me it was going to cost 350 to inspect the problem further! This of course did not include any parts! The gentleman at the desk was rude and hostile with a narcissistic attitude to always be correct and to inform me of what I should be doing! Unfortunately being ripped off is not one of them even though I already had been! What is also disgusting is that I purchased this vehicle from

Car was taken here by RAC after I broke down. Really friendly staff and I was well informed about what they were doing, called me multiple times throughout the day to update me with the progress and also to check whether I was ok with the work being carried out and the guy explained everything to me in a way which was easy to understand (I know nothing about cars). Reasonable price and quick turnaround, got my car back a lot quicker than expected. Would use again.

Over the last couple of weeks, I have used Nathan and the team to carry out a service on a 2018 clio and a health check on a 2011 clio for family members. Both times are have found their approach, friendly, professional and extremely helpful! They provided a courtesy car at short notice as well. I will definitely be using them again!
