What can i say! Having a fear of the dentist and not going for around 7 years due to a very bad experience with a previous 2 Star dentist. I felt at ease from the time of booking through examination and the one on one video call with James explaining in detail the work that needed to be carried out. First initial comment of walking in they take cleanliness to another level and "Michelle" the extremely friendly receptionist was fantastic from start to finish. James recently performed an emergency treatment to replace a broken front tooth without pain or issue. Very professional and friendly practice, they are well organised for protection against the current COVID-19 pandemic and made me feel comfortable and confident knowing that I was entering a safe environment. All the staff are pleasant and supportive. Im always pleased with the service. Also, you get telephone and text reminders before your appointments which is really helpful.

As someone who has historically had severe anxiety when visiting a dentist, my experience at TRUST Dental has been life changing. I had bad experiences with dentists in my teens and once bitten twice shy. After over 20 years of not visiting one, except for one root canal with an NHS dentist that went horribly wrong, I decided to go private hoping for better luck. I have recently had an inlay replaced at the new Trust Dental practice. I am quite a nervous patient and having this procedure done during Covid as well, was a bit daunting. I need not have worried though. I have been a patient of James Main for many years now so I put my trust in him and his team. Every precaution against virus infection has been put in place. From temperature checking, sanitizers, hand washing, overshoes and oxygen level checking (and this is just for the patient), it has all been thought about properly. For my inlay procedure, James and whoever is assisting him put on a space
