The highly acclaimed Phoenix Hair & Make Up was founded by Pauline Heap Williams in 2000. Hairdressing is in her blood. She followed in the footsteps of her parents who owned 'Louise's' a very successful hair salon in Abergele North Wales. After that, Pauline, with her sister, opened Highstyles, employing up to twenty five people.
