Services
Dry-Aged Steaks
Our dry-aged steaks use Himalayan Salt Chamber technology to enhance natural marbling and intensify flavour profiles. Sourced from Thatcham's family butchers in Berkshire, these heritage cattle cuts include Fillet, Prime Rib, T-Bone, Sirloin, Bulls Head, Tomahawk and Rump. The aging process develops complex umami notes while maintaining optimal tenderness, creating a distinctive dining experience that showcases British beef at its finest.
Private Dining
We offer three distinct private dining options with capacity from 24 to 40 guests. The semi-private rear area features river views and curtain separation for intimate occasions. The Leaders Room provides natural daylight and refined atmosphere for corporate events. Exclusive venue hire transforms the entire steakhouse for unique celebrations. Each space combines modern amenities with traditional British design elements, ensuring memorable occasions with tailored service and bespoke menu options.
Gin Bar
Our gin bar features over 100 varieties including the exclusive Gillray's Gin, crafted with Rebel Distillers in London. The menu spans local London distilleries to international producers from Iceland's glaciers. Expertly curated classic and contemporary cocktails complement the steakhouse offerings, with pairing suggestions like the juniper-led Gillray's Gin that harmonizes with steak's umami notes. The bar also offers wines, local beers, spirits and curated snack options.
Breakfast Menu
Served daily from 6:30 AM, our breakfast menu features traditional British fare with locally sourced ingredients. The early morning service caters to both quick meals and leisurely starts, maintaining the same quality standards as our main dining offerings. Dishes showcase regional produce while providing convenient options for pre-work meals or post-sightseeing refreshment, complemented by the restaurant's riverside views.
Festive Menus
Special occasion menus include Christmas Day and New Year's Eve celebrations with multi-course tasting experiences. The Christmas menu features traditional British elements like turkey with all the trimmings alongside premium options like 48-day dry-aged rib eye. New Year's Eve offers a five-course tasting menu with wine pairings and live entertainment. Both events incorporate seasonal ingredients and showcase the kitchen's technical expertise through elaborate presentations.

Amazing space for a relaxed drink in the bar which specialises in gin. Access from the South Bank or through the County Hall Marriott Hotel which is equally as impressive. Views across the river. Staff could act slightly more enthusiastic but understandable given the current challenges with the hospitality industry.

We had an ok meal, but we both thought standard was below the price that was charged. The waiting staff were excellent and very attentive. Excellent views of the London eye from the table we sat at next to the maitre d station. I was quite surprised to see how dirty the vents to heater under the window were, absolutely caked with dust and detritus. Would expect more from a "five star" venue

Lovely setting, poor food - especially for the price. Londoners, if that is normal, you are being conned. I had to send my rump steak back , it was uneatable, cold and full of gristle. They replaced it with a reasonable sirloin and charged me the extra for the privilege, nearly 30! Never again.

The best New year place to be in London. The view of the London eye and the Thames river. The service was impeccable, the food delicious, the place very elegant and sophisticated. We loved. Coming back again for sure.

Absolutely amazing food, great service and felt very covid safe. Tables kept empty to give extra space to customers, vaulted ceilings, felt airy and well managed. Great location right by Westminster Bridge with… views over to Big Ben and to London Eye. Not cheap but we didn’t want cheap, we wanted nice and we wanted space to feel safer. I had steak tartare for a starter and it was delicious. A vegan starter was had of king oyster mushrooms with beetroot powder which was said to be extremely tasty. Can get 3 smaller plate starters for £16 which rest of group had which was enough

Sadly mediocre food for the premium price. I almost never write a review unless it totally warrants it but this place is just bad. We came during Christmas holiday, so maybe the regular chef wasn't working but the steaks came out dry and overdone. Both steaks were served on really strange looking cast iron type plates that had black char you could taste with every piece of steak you cut, scraping some off. Absolutely disgusting, tasted like a dirty, charred barbecue grill. Food took over 45 minutes and by the time it arrived, it was cold. It was surprising it took so long because the place was
