After a rocky staff due to TV problems I was kindly moved to a different room, same TV trouble but I think something must of been wrong with the aerial. But otherwise we loved our stay , the staff are so lovely and the service is amazing , the breakfast was superb !

It is what it is I guess but the rooms are very outdated. The reception and downstairs area has been updated, I guess they're making their way to the bedrooms. No other complaints as the staff were nice

Clean, lovely views over Exmouth beach and across to Dawlish. Most staff very friendly. The bed however let the experience down as it was uncomfortable.
