Stayed here for 4 nights, lovely clean hotel with great food and great local drinks, brilliant location for shops, activities and hiking snowdon. Everything is right on your doorstep!!! 100% will recommend and 100% will be returning.

Room was nice, clean, and staff were fantastic. Food was mediocre, room was far too hot with no option to open the window. You couldnt turn heating down. Woke up with a headache and stuffy. Sitting in the lounge again so hot that my glasses steamed up. I couldnt stay here longer than a night.

We had very nice time , room was lovey bed was big , we had fish and chips very nice , breakfast OK, shame they did not serve fried or poached eggs , fabulous location lots to do in Llanberis staff were very friendly and helpful, we will visit again

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings staff friendly breakfast good could do with room service opening later than 8.45 at night as didn't get there till about 9 so no food available which was a shame as we had too hunt round the town late at night for something too eat surely they could stay open later after bar and restaurant stop serving at least for a sandwich ??? Would have saved us the hassle of walking round in an unfamiliar place tired and hungry! Also they could do with some kind of cold drinks machine maybe were the snooker table is could have done with a bottle of cold water or coke

Decent pub grub in the hotel bar. Was nicely busy with a good atmosphere, but easy to get a table. Food came quickly and have a variety of local beers and gins.

We attended a wedding and everything ran smoothly and safely. Ceremony was well organized but lacked a sound system. The meal was absolutely delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.
