Called inquiring about a simple print job. The person asking put me through to a second person. I explained the print job (basic word doc, no pictures, black and white) and the man said look, just come in and explain it. I pointed out I had just explained it - he said I dont deal with this stuff. When I asked why the call-answerer had referred me to him, he flatly stated look, we cant do it. Sorry, cant help you and ended the call.
