We have had amazing five days with Woodlands Manor farm, amazing host, many different activities. Woodlands Manor Farm comprises seven self-catering, luxury holiday cottages set within 34 acres of unspoilt North Cornwall countryside. We are just 2 miles from the pretty village of Kilkhampton and 6 miles north of the seaside town of Bude.
Just a stone's throw away from our holiday cottages are the beaches and stunning scenery of the Coombe Valley AONB and Atlantic coastline. Woodlands comprises the main Manor House and 6 traditional stone barns - Rose Cottage, Jasmine Cottage, Lavender Cottage, The Stables, Honeysuckle Cottage and The Coach House.

We have a choice of accommodation, with three luxury holiday cottages that are ideal for large groups of 12, 8 or 6, two that sleeps 4 and two that sleep 2. Cots are available in each cottage too. During school holidays and high season, our changeover day is Saturday but out of season guests are able to arrive and depart on any day of the week.
Woodlands Manor House sleeps 12 + cots

Woodlands Manor is a large traditional Grade II listed farm house. Listed as 17th Century or earlier it retains many original features including low lintels, slate floors and magnificent fireplaces. Holiday guests will be delighted with the mix of old and new. Comfortable sofas in both sitting-rooms allow holidaymakers to appreciate the cosy wood-burners.
Rose Cottage sleeps 8 + cots

Rose Cottage is a luxury, semi-detached stone barn conversion. On the ground floor this a large open plan living-room with a fully equipped kitchen, a large 10 seat dining area and a cosy lounge around a stone fireplace with a wood-burner. Downstairs there is a large bedroom with a king size double bed and a shower-room.
Jasmine Cottage sleeps 6 + cots

Jasmine is a 3 bedroom semi-detached barn conversion. Downstairs the entrance leads into the hall with stairs to the first floor and double doors through to the large open plan living area consisting of a lounge with stone fireplace and log burner, a large 10 seat farm house dining area and a well equipped kitchen.

Set away from the other cottages, The Stables has been thoughtfully converted to provide every comfort for guests. The luxurious interior is furnished to a high standard. The open plan living-room with its well-equipped kitchen, comfortable seating-area and under-floor heating will ensure that guests are warm and cosy, year-round.
