Abhorrent might be a good place to start when describing the integrity & professionalism of Swift Lawyers. My 2 bed, no chain, flat purchase collapsed after nearly 8 months of no progress. They don't answer calls and they won't respond to emails unless it's a complaint. To top it off, I found out the conveyancer at Swift Lawyers handling my purchase was excluded from Cilex (Chartered Insitute of Legal Executives) for dishonesty & misleading clients. Search "Michael Glover - CILEX" on google if you want to see the quality of Swift Lawyers... Avoid at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Wherever possible I avoid hyperbole, but this is the single worst experience I have ever had with any company. I instructed Swift Lawyers after contacting them and discussing my conveyancing needs. I was reassured about the service they provide and the timescales they could meet and was encouraged to instruct them with my purchase (no sale) of a very straight forward freehold property. Within the first 3 weeks all paperwork was completed and all searches returned. After this there was a significant deterioration in the service. Solicitors refused to communicate with me, emails

The stress Swift Lawyers caused me and my heavily pregnant partner during our house move was disgraceful. They didn't progress anything unless chased, they ignore emails, they ignore callback requests, the person you need to speak to is almost never available when you phone. I complained twice, guess what? they just ignored my complaints! Our file was bounced around 7 different staff members during our move! Learn from my mistake and avoid this company, even if they're cheap it's not worth the stress they cause.

We engaged Swift Lawyers to handle a house sale & purchase. We'd like to place on record our massive thanks to one person in particular, Indie Sandher. When this lady promises things, they happen, as she says and when she says. We encountered hassles/problems from a vendor through an estate agent and another legal practice involved in our house sale. This lady resolved all issues and delivered for us on what became a really tight deadline. Her communications with us, particularly via phone calls were superb, timely, supportive and on point. Figuratively speaking, she grabbed hold of a somewhat
