Lovely Christmas meal on Christmas day the hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff were all nice can't fault anything at all

Fabulous place to stay . Lovely staff very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Room was spotless, the bed was so comfy so slept really well. Walked around the gardens mid morning, absolutely beautiful and well maintained . The restaurant served the best wild mushroom risotto I have ever eaten . Will be looking to book another long weekend very soon !

Great games room. Helpful and friendly receptionist. Breakfast was average.
Rooms could have been cleaner and whilst the decor was very nice, there were shabby spots around the place that needed attention. Overall a pleasant stay. Hotel has lovely grounds for a stroll.

Lovely hotel, with very welcoming staff. Extremely nice too with a large jacuzzi bath too. Very nice private secluded grounds to walk around. Highly recommended,

Refused to honour the voucher we had to include dinner advising the kitchen was closed. Very disappointing to then see other guests having dinner when we returned from a restaurant that evening. Dirty linen lay on the floor of the room breakfast was served in the whole of our stay and clearly their hoover was broken as the hall was dirty too. I think theyre aiming for shabby chic and only got the shabby part right. PS - take some window cleaner if youd like to appreciate the view out any of the windows
