I love this hotel, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the facilities are amazing, probably the best gym I have seen in a hotel.

Excellent views and good facilities at the hotel together with pleasant and professional service. Only gripe was that our sea facing room with balcony was spoilt by lack of privacy between adjacent balconys. This was made worse by the adjoining guests smoking so window and door had to stay closed. Would not stop us visiting again but would certainly think twice about the sea facing rooms with balcony.

Absolutely fantastic. A really comfortable room with a sea view. Great facilities. Lovely grounds to walk through or to sit and relax. Wonderful food using top quality ingredients. Helpful and friendly staff, for whom nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended. Try it and if you don't like it, there's something wrong with you!

Do not stay if you have any intention of inviting friends in. I live up the road and recommended my friend stay here. She was made to feel she shouldn't be there when she arrived at the hotel entrance/carpark - essentially having to prove she was a legitimate guest. Then when I went to meet her for lunch I was not even allowed to step one foot onto the grounds - not even to go to reception through the car park. Their policy is bonkers and I would recommend staying in any other hotel in the area
