I was over the moon when I purchased my tyres on ebay and to find out I had a voucher for free fitting. No complaints there. My closest place was in Airdrie. Just under an hour's drive from home. This seemed a good move at the time. A lot further than I would normally go. Fee fitting, why not? Big regret. I am never going to this cowboy again. See below.

Notes to take in mind:
Never returns your call. Forget about leaving a voicemail. I left about six. Hardly ever answers his phone. It took about 30-40 minutes to get an answer in the end. Eventually got it booked in for two new front tyres at an agreed time. When I arrived on time I was told he now didn't have time to fit the tyres, so told to come back the following day.

I live nearly an hour away from the garage, so I wasn't impressed. In the end I got them done at a reliable garage close to home which I had to pay for and where I should have gone in the first instance and which I will use again. There was no way I would go back again to be messed about. whocanfixmycar? Not you.

Be aware of what you see on their website, final price you ll pay to the garages they use is never the same. They will be quick to wash their hands of any responsibility claiming to be just a comparison website. Don't be fooled by the reviews, dig a little bit more and see for yourself.

This company used to be really good a few years ago, however within the last 24 months they have become appallingly bad. The charge for work you have not recieved ! They auto quote consumers innacurately just to get a quote out even though it has been explain several times that it does not worth with certain mechanical work. After years of membership they have left us no option but to seek legal advise through the FSB and further action taken.

This company has hold of a good idea but unfortunately has executed it extremely badly. Customers are able to get quotes to repair their vehicle without need of any commitment to carry it out. Which is great for them, but not for the garage, that have to run around getting prices for a lot of jobs that are never carried out. Being a garage in London; there is a lot of competition which is a good thing, but when they expect you to quote for customers over a 15 miles radius that basically covers the whole of greater London - this is pointless and they cannot change this setting.
