We approached Paul for advice on selling our property after the 1st lock-down, we received an excellent proposal and went straight to market. Viewings were handled by James, who tackled the difficult covid situation with total professionalism and guided several prospective buyers around in our absence within a very short time scale. These viewings lead to a successful offer at full asking price within 10 days.
