Went to view a house with Mark Wrath who had had the property on the market for some time. Estate agent turned up late and There was no follow up call from them to see if we liked the property. It was if they had given up on ever selling it. Then found out the property was being marketed with a different agent went for a viewing with them and it was a totally different experience. They called us within 30 minutes of viewing for feedback. Wouldn't view with Mark Wrath or sell with them in the future and have written properties off because they have been marketed with them.
