I booked in for an emergency appointment at 0830hrs, and was given one at 1100hrs , with Greg, Jane did this very politely and efficiently.
Greg and his nurse were brilliant, very comfortable atmosphere, and the troublesome tooth was removed painlessly and with skill, cheers Greg.

My Fiance and my son and her mum dad and sister just had a check up and RANJANA CHARAN said she not checking mums and dad and sister teeth coz they was late apparently when there Appointment was at 4.30 and she seen my son and misses and then she started to going on about there lifestyle I think that is BANG OUT OF ORDER AND THEN SHE SAID TO MY MISSIS STOP HAVING PANIC ATTACKS JUST COZ YOUR NEW DOSENT MEAN YOU CAN Judge my family

Reception are so helpful, kind and reassuring (Im nervous about dentists) and wonderfully welcoming and friendly.
James is a fantastic warm, friendly, professional and thorough dentist who I trust wholeheartedly. Such great dentists are difficult to find and I travel over 100 miles to keep this dentist. Thank you

All staff, no matter what their post, were kind, efficient and helpful. I am pretty cowardly and nervous about treatments but can honestly say that I couldnt have been treated more kindly and professionally. Laura and her assistant were fabulous, carefully listened to my concerns, were reassuring whilst carrying out virtually painless deep cleaning of a couple of teeth, and I cant thank them enough - likewise the ever friendly and patient reception staff. Also, for this procedure it was possible to have the non-adrenaline type of anaesthetic and it made a huge difference in that I felt back
