Excellent!! As a female it's sometimes hard to find garages that don't try and over price things - this is not at all the case with mb motors. 100% trustworthy and great and what they do!! HIGHLY recommend.

Took in merc for MOT they said lack of power
hose split , didnt replace put gaffa tape over hole !!! Took in another car 3 months later for MOT failed as washers not working.. replaced fuse , charged 300 for MOT & replace fuse !!! Will defo not use again !!!!!!!

My review is about my experience with customer services, not the service they provide. I gave two stars only because I think they are very unprofessional. I've sent them an enquiry through the website about my exhaust that was hanging/falling down. I've received a reply from C. H. which I thought was very unprofessional. Starting the conversation with "Hi.... " not sure about the ....!? Not following any professional business etiquette.
