Rubbish company and even worse customer service. We were pressured to put down a large deposit even knowing we were unsure still of our choices. Nadia gave alot of false promises and once the deposit was put down we had no contact and suddenly there were added charges for everything. We had decided to cancel our wedding abroad due to a family situation and kindly asked for our deposit back over a year in advance but they refused. We used charge back claim which worked initially but now they are fighting us for OUR money with which they havent even done anything to earn it yet. This company

I wish wed have read the reviews first, this company is unorganised, unresponsive and just want your money. Were all over me before Id paid any deposits and as soon as I did never heard a word, when I rang up at there deadline dates to make sure everything was as it should be theyd booked me a holiday but not even my own wedding day.
Ive complained to head office two months ago get no response, Ive complained to managers no response just promises of goodwill that Ill supposedly Hesse back on, then once again nothing. I would never recommend this company due to the upset they

I would give 0 stars if i could. Terrible scam of a company. Nadia was all helpful until we paid the deposit then never heard from her again. We were promised a sit down service to go through everything and plan our wedding but once we paid she said this would all be extra and it wasnt included in our package. We were put under so much pressure to put down a deposit as she kept saying the other couple is about to put down theirs like it was a competition. A month after paying the deposit we changed our minds as she was adding on lots of extra costs and everything promised was all a lie. They

Took our guests deposits and haven't communicated with them since. Do not answer our calls unless using a withheld number.
Are unable to make simple amendments to our booking
Now having to go through formal complaints procedure, ABTA and small claims court to reclaim the money they have taken.
Using this company has been embarrassing and frustrating to put it politely. We basically can't get married because of this company, until we fix the mess they have created. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. And yes they know exactly who this is from and I'm happy to provide my
