After my wife speaking with Nick on the phone numerous times and building a good rapport with him, we went to see a property in Comet Way, Christchurch. We were assured by Nick that we would have first refusal as we were first to see, we agreed to take it and didnt refuse, we then discussed our options, provide books for two years as Im self employed or gave a guarantor. Upon leaving he assured us that we could move forward with the property if we gave the guarantor details first thing in the morning.
