Our vertical CNC milling capabilities handle workpieces up to 1.5m in length with high-speed tool change systems ensuring rapid production cycles. 3D Machining
Specialist 3D surface machining using advanced CAM software and high-speed contouring equipment. We produce complex shapes directly from solid models, eliminating traditional casting requirements. Our Doosan DNM 500 machining centre enables production of intricate components with superior surface finishes.
Vapour Blasting
In-house wet blast finishing facility provides unmatched surface treatments for precision components. We achieve mirror finishes on aluminium comparable to premium consumer electronics, along with controlled surface textures for functional applications across multiple material types.
Graphic Etching
Precision frosted glass finish etching on metals, glass, and select plastics. Our process creates permanent, high-contrast branding elements and technical markings with dimensional accuracy. Suitable for both flat and contoured surfaces on finished components.
