Absolutely disgusted with Express cars today. Booked my cab for 8:20 on phone, got a text saying booked for 8:30. Fair enough. Not too bad. 8:35, still nothing. 8:40, still nothing. 8:50 and over 10 attempts to call them later all the lady says is that he's stuck in traffic. Not even a courtesy call to let customer know driver would be late. I used to use this service a lot but never again. Foul and unreliable.

Needed to get urgently to A&E at 5am and 999 said there were no ambulances. Called about every taxi company in Tunbridge Wells, and only TW Express were able to get out to me, and they got me to there really quickly.

Booked two taxis. Both excellent and timely. Were extremely helpful when asked to bump the booking capacity up only a few hours before pick up.

Bad service. phone personne say 10min wait; which turns into a 35min wait . Don't book online. They don't look at your booking although you receive a confirmation. You end up calling 15 min after the pick up time and all they do is rebook you.
