I recently bought a ladies gold signet ring for my daughter. It was to celebrate a special event and I was not disappointed. Throughout the whole process of purchasing, choosing appropriate engraving style and tracking my order, the customer service provided was excellent. I did not know my daughters ring size only that she had small, slim fingers. Joy Everley were great in recommending a small standard size, that they will alter, free of charge, at a later date. All my daughter needs to do is pop into a jewellers and ask for her finger to be measured. The ring is beautiful and I cannot thank

There was an issue with posting on the Royal Mails end and the sales team were amazing. So responsive and attentive and made sure I was being updated as often as possible. They even had a plan B in place if the Royal Mail didnt show. So impressed. And the ring is beautiful. I had the rhino beetle ring and its perfect, fits great and looks even better on the hand than in the pictures. Thank you!
