Called office and was told a 5K claim basically was too small for the firm to advocate on behalf. So unless you are looking to claim a large sum, do not bother with using services from this company. Injury sustained in school, pinky finger broken by 10 year old is "not a big deal" so I was told. Lovely and reassuring.

This company is round the corner from me, would have liked to use their services. Unfortunately the receptionist on 3 occasions has not responded to requests for quotes and left me on the phone line for 4 mins while she went for a jolly. Really unprofessional behaviour.
Update: Thank you for responding promptly. As i still have not received the quote via email, i have now instructed another company as i need one asap, and your employee's lack of efficiency does not bode well with me and my needs. Thank you.
