Andrew founded the firm in 1992, and is always on hand for clients to talk to - he's still very hands-on with day-to-day estate agency work! Andrew is married and lives locally, enjoying walks with Jasper the dog over Horsell Common. He's also a motor racing enthusiast, supporting our local McLaren team, and has participated in motor racing himself many years ago - and he still enjoys taking his Lotus Elise around a track every now and then!

We've been in Woking for a long time now! Andrew Waterfall and John Durrant started up Waterfall & Durrant back in 1992 having both worked for a large national chain of estate agents. Disillusioned with the way large firms made it difficult for local branches to provide a top quality service to their clients in the 1980s.
