I got in touch with Forest Digital as they were the only fabric printer to stock a specific Silk Tencel Satin fabric base I wanted and to say the experience has been disappointing is an understatement. Their customer service is erratic and their communication chaotic. There were issues with the fabric I wanted that were beyond their control which resulted in them printing my order onto a completely different fabric WITHOUT GETTING MY APPROVAL. I wasn't even informed that the original fabric wasn't going to be available for another 4 weeks despite them promoting a 1 week turnaround on their website

Phoned up to make an enquiry, was completely put off by how rude the gentleman on the phone was, as if I was bothering him. When I told him I'd like to make an enquiry his response was "mm" pretty much followed by go and look on the website. Which I had by the way but I was struggling and just wanted a little bit of assistance. I honestly just wanted to end the call at that point. Probably should've read the reviews before getting in contact. A shame really.

I used to print with this company a lot and used to deal with a lovely professional young girl. I understand she has recently left which is such a shame as the staff that remain are nothing but rude and completely uninterested in my enquires. I would go elsewhere.
