Kind and courteous gentleman Oliver. Prompt and very professional service. Went over and above the call of duty for me and I do believe did an extra for me that he didn't charge for that he could have. Any purpose you need a notary public for I would recommend that Oliver and Tidman Legal be your 1 stop shop! I mean why waste time looking elsewhere?
