Silver Swan Recruitment was launched in 2013 by Philippa Smith. After university, she worked a ski season before falling into recruitment - which is typically how most recruiters end up in recruitment! Having enjoyed recruiting for the corporate industry in London she was unable to turn down an amazing opportunity to manage the HR for the leading luxury ski tour operator.
