Services
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling capabilities include multi-axis machining up to 2000mm x 800mm x 750mm dimensions. Using vertical and horizontal machining centres, we produce complex components from prototypes to high-volume batches. Experienced engineers program machines offline using integrated CAD/CAM software, working from technical drawings or digital files to deliver precision-engineered parts for critical applications.
CNC Turning
With seven CNC machines handling diameters from 38mm to 400mm, our turning section supports 30% of milling operations. Capable of mill/turn operations and specialist material machining including titanium and super duplex, we produce precision components for aerospace and energy sectors. Our skilled programmers handle one-off prototypes through to medium batch production with strict quality controls.
Assembly
Adjacent to our inspection department, the assembly shop provides aerospace-grade component integration from wire inserts to complete test assemblies. This facility maintains aircraft industry quality standards while adapting to other manufacturing sectors' requirements. All assembly processes follow rigorous quality control procedures under direct inspection supervision.
Finishing
Our comprehensive finishing services include anodising, plating, coating, and heat treatment processes. Capabilities span chromic/sulphuric anodise, nickel/gold plating, PTFE coating, and weld testing. With chemical conversion treatments, polishing, and paint finishing options, we ensure components meet functional and regulatory requirements for aerospace and industrial applications.
CAD/CAM
Fully integrated CAD/CAM systems support design through to production using VISICAM and EZCAM software. We accept IGES, DXF and STEP file formats for seamless transition from digital models to machined components. Continuous software updates and engineer training ensure rapid turnaround times while maintaining compatibility with industry-standard design platforms.
