I called looking for help with my situation and received a callback from one of the Solicitors who sounded like they were just out of bed, grumpy and uninterested! When someone calls you for help and they have no idea where to begin or what to do please do not make comments like, "Well what do you want me to do about it"? or, "There is nothing I can do for you so call someone else".
Is there an issue with Solicitors that I am not aware of? It seems impossible to not only find help but even get a friendly response!

I have used Buchanan & Burton for both purchasing my house and also for a commercial property when setting up my business. On both occasions the service and advice has been both excellent and professional. We set up our business in 2020 and even during the pandemic the team at B&B were on hand for every call and enquiry we had. Highly recommend if you are needed fast and professional advice from the best.

Absolutely appalling service, admittedly we were late but phoned to make sure it was ok and got another time organised. Got treated like an animal having to sign papers on the floor and telling us constantly to hurry up and get out. Basically paid to be insulted and talked down to, so if you're into that kind of thing.
