Each one is crafted in our workshop. Each one needs a host of different skills, and, although the goldsmith's work is primary and ours are geniuses, some need a dozen different, brilliant craftspeople to complete them.

Sometimes we have an idea that seems to have more to it than just a single piece that occasionally morphs into a complete collection, like Trumpet, and sometimes it remains just a theme to work around like Phi. I have always loved pearls. They are so redolent of the style and chic of so many ages and civilizations. Medieval Queens and Elizabethan Bucks wore them, Edwardian Beauties and Jazz Age Flappers were never without them and they still have that same elegance and wearability today. Their simplicity and birthplace makes them the most romantic of all the gems, and they are literally alive.

From our wealth of models, patterns and silverware, we are able to put different components together to transform dishes, bowls, decanters and a whole raft of pieces, into unique pieces. From adding a simple engraving to applying an appropriate miniature model we can quickly magic an original piece in our workshops here, on site, above the Gallery.
