CNC Machining
Our CNC machining services utilise 72 machining centres and 24 turning centres to produce complex components with tight tolerances. Anodising
Olympus Anodising provides automated finishing solutions for components up to 1.3m in length, including hard anodising and chromate conversions. Compliant with BS 7599 and DEF STAN standards, our PLC-controlled process ensures consistent finishes while meeting RoHS, WEEE and REACH regulations for electronics and defence applications.
Assembly Solutions
We offer complete assembly services with in-house fixture manufacturing and multistage washing systems. Our pressure testing capabilities use bespoke rigs to validate hydraulic components, ensuring lineside-ready delivery. Thermal deburring and pre-delivery inspection guarantee contamination-free components for engine and medical device manufacturers.
Quality Assurance
Our quality department operates seven CMM machines from Leitz, Eley, LK and Truth, supported by Renishaw scanning heads. All calibration is performed in-house using common programming language across our inspection fleet.
Tooling Manufacture
