Complaints We take complaints very seriously and aim to get back to you within 24 hours. Please email us at control@premiertaxis.net in the first instance. You also have the option to contact licensing via their email at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk. A member of staff will call you back within 24 hours to talk through your quotation and if you want to proceed, they may ask for payment via debit or credit card.

Please provide details of any additional details such as further addresses for any via's, waiting time or stoppages that may be needed.
