Highly recommend this garage whether your local or not. Unlike some garages they treat customers with great care and respect. Had family members cars going there for 30 years not once a problem! Very well managed time wise they dont make you wait and say it as it is. I recently had an issue with my car and they so kindly gave me suggestions as to my next step.

While being very professional and courteous, this establishment is massively overpriced. I needed my manifold replacing/fixing and I couldn't get it to the garage I usually use. The price for convenience was astronomical. The bill they gave me didn't even have their hourly rate on. They also quoted me for front left suspension to be replaced, but when I took it to my usual garage they said the right side also needed doing and they quoted me 40 more to do both sides. They also said that they would have been able to the manifold work for half what Wrington Motors charged. Sorry, but I won't be

A man called rich answered the phone very rude and kept repeating what he said without any good communication on the problem I was asking ,
I would suggest nobody use this place its overpriced and they clearly cannot offer good customer service I find it rude how this man rich was patronising and wasnt any help at all he needs training more on how to speak to people paying there money to Melvin the man who is in charge of the buisness , Im wondering has this happened to anyone else had any similar experiences using this garage

They take enormous trouble to solve problems relating to my fairly rare and ageing Honda Insight hybrid. I would firmly recommend them to anyone.
