Having had a problem with my caravan not connecting to the swift communication app I contacted sargent for help. From the outset their customer service was second to none. Nothing was a problem for them and have now agreed to replace my faulty comms unit free of charge despite my van being 5 yrs old.

Utter overpriced rubbish. Camera paint peels off , Poor quality picture on cameras, Rear view screen packs up in a couple off years. Not fit for purpose.

I phoned Sargent sales team about EM 40 Fuse box to replace the one on my motorhome which had burnt out. First be asked if I had purchased from them before and by the tone it seemed they didn't want to sell to the public. As I am going on holiday on Sunday I need it by Friday and was told they would not post until Thursday afternoon 3pm asked if I could pay for next day delivery as a extra answer ( no), So I had to travel 306 miles round trip to pick it up. when I got there and the person who gave me the invoice looked at the address and said have you come from there to collect this we could have

Stupidly I connected the caravan battery the wrong way which caused a short circuit of the 12v system in the caravan.I contacted Sargent Electrical who could not have been more helpfull, they repaired the control unit EC600 and returned it within a week.Fantastic service and very help people.
