They are a wonderful team to work with, hugely supportive, technically equipped and incredibly friendly. Their support is that they will answer the phone, but not resolve any issues. There only seems to be 1 engineer who knows his stuff (Mike Sullivan). We have had numerous issues with software, hardware, sip trunks and phone systems that they are supposedly managing.
