Well let's be clear: The final result of the job asked to Rick is good. Except that all the rest is pitiful. Rick is NOT a man of a word. I mean during the quote time everything asked is answered yes. Except that when you receive the quote in writing things are missing and I had to chase him two weeks to have them in writing (reseal two shower trays). And have to do half of the job myself. Then the guy run... he run all over the place: half a day here, 10mn in Newark, an hour in North Lincoln, 10 minutes there and over again... He tells you:
