I have been so impressed with the efficiency, friendliness and expertise of this company - particularly my agent Vicki Becks. Entering the rental market with no previous experience of being a landlord was quite scary. Vicki was able to answer every question I had quickly and it was obvious she knew exactly what she was doing. James also gave me some valuable advice on a separate issue. We recently used Oscar James as the estate agent to sell our home with. From my first phone call with them, I was really impressed with their market knowledge but more importantly felt assured they would sell our home and achieve what we needed. They then preceded to surpass my expectations by selling our property before it even went to market and then within two weeks helped us to find our new home. I spend a few minutes reading the previous reviews, and I can honestly say that I really believe that the negative one are not true. I did not only buy the house from them ( great experience ), but I sold ( in the process ) the same house 2 years later. We've recently moved into our dream home and everyone at Oscar James has been nothing short of fantastic throughout the whole process. It's evident that the leadership and management has created a fabulous company culture as well as building a team of knowledgeable and skilled professionals which has made an at times difficult 6 months as easy and pleasant as possible. We haven't had the best experience with the Estate Agents that we sold through so it's been reassuring to have faith and trust at the other side of the chain. Both Olivia & Sam have honestly gone above and beyond for us as buyers

Fantastic service from start to finish. Having had bad experiences with estate agents previously, we went to Oscar James Kettering following a recommendation and couldn't fault the service at all. Excellent communication, realistic and honest advice. Even after we sold the house they were regularly in touch during the completion process until it was over the line. Very impressed.
