I had a very unpleasant experience at this hair salon. My appointment felt rushed, my hairdresser was distracted, frazzled, didn't seem to know what she was doing, and didn't care to try to cater to what I wanted for my hair. I came in for a cut and natural highlights and left with some brassy, damaged-feeling stripes in my hair. The cut was not as bad but felt choppy, slapdash, and lazy. The hairdresser put the lifting agent too far up the hair shaft where it lifted to a bright yellow which she then covered up, but i will now have to deal with a stark blunt line of lightened hair when the cover
