I am only giving one star as there is no option for no stars! This company is a joke and deserves to be shut down. Not sure who gave them authority to operate this type of business! They were managing my property or should I say just taking my rent payments whilst not managing anything and have now lost the contract they had with my landlord. A new company has now got involved and will be taking over the managing of the property but property centre think it acceptable to commit fraud and are now demanding I pay my rent to them instead of the new company although the landlord has confirmed

These guys are an absolute waste of time. They only help Greek people they are prejudice and racist. Mr lipsos is always in hiding in Cyprus because the amount of times he has botched up as a so called experienced property management business owner that he has made several people upset. He thinks very highly of himself and should not be allowed to run a property related business. Property centre doesn't meet any of their customers expectations. Treats them with disrespectful behaviour. Please avoid them. By the way all the positive reviews you are seeing on here are by family and friends whom

Really happy with the service I got. George was great, my apartment was put for sale really quickly and sold fast too. His help was invaluable in what turned out to be a complicated sale. People are quick to complain but I felt I had to be quick to say a big thank you too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.
