What an absolutely bizarre experience dealing with these people! Jake was late to the viewing (though his assistant had rung me to say that he would be, I told her I was already there in my car outside the property) he then parked and went straight to the property. I then had to run up the road and get there before the door shut behind him and introduce myself. Great start.
Casually dressed in a puffa jacket, trainers and tracksuit bottoms; Jake proceeded to show me around with what I can only describe as arrogance and awkwardness. Long silences bridged the robotic listing of obvious retained

I found Hotons Estate Agents so professional and friendly , nothing was too much trouble my house was sold very quickly, the photos were excellent and Jennie our estate agent was great. Jennie helped all the way through the sale and only a phone call away , I would recommend Hortons.

Ive not had the best experience with one of your estate agents, Gianfranco Paparozzi. Ive just say left a review about him on his personal page and the reviews section has been taken down since.
Gianfranco was great when things were going well but as soon as their were problems in the chain he became pushy, rude and applied pressure from the top of the chain who was not happy with him as he had not completed his checks properly. Heres what he forwarded to me on a Saturday morning when I was powerless to do anything. This was to him from the person at the top of the chain.
