Our food is far from simple. Our chefs bring their expertise to the table from all parts of the subcontinent. Our ingredients are organic, bought market-fresh daily, fully traceable and locally-sourced where possible. Our suppliers are the best in their spheres and they are old friends. Their attention to detail and quality is second to none.

Your choice of spirit mixed with a sour mix of lemon and lime juices with sugar over crushed ice and topped with soda. Fresh raspberries muddled with raspberry vodka, wild berry liqueur and lemon juice served on crushed ice topped with soda. Zubrowka Bisongrass vodka muddled with mint, fresh lime, mint and sugar, apple liqueur and apple juice, topped with Goldschlager liqueur.

This is a lovely bright Prosecco, with peaches and light apricot notes that jump from the bubbles. A fantastic Champagne with layers of bright fruit, a little yeasty biscuit and a delightful lively finish. This Champagne is more fruit driven than most, with fine bubbles and a delicious fresh palate.

We do not book the bar area - we leave this for walk-in guests to ensure that we always offer some tables for those who have not booked.
