Fiber Laser Cutting
Our Bystronic fiber laser system cuts materials from 0.8mm to 30mm thickness, including non-ferrous metals like copper and brass. With a 3000x1500mm bed size, we achieve precise cuts for complex components. This technology enables efficient production of intricate parts while maintaining tight tolerances for industrial applications.
CNC Punching
The Trumpf TC500 1600 FMC handles sheets up to 4.5x1.6 metres with automated loading and part picking. Capable of processing materials up to 5mm thickness, our system combines Radan programming software with true shape nesting to optimise material usage and reduce production costs.
Coded Welding
We provide EN 287-1, EN 9606-2, and ASME IX certified welding for structural applications. Our welders produce NDT-certifiable joints with magnetic particle, X-ray, and dye penetrant inspection capabilities. Bespoke welding procedures ensure compliance with project-specific requirements for critical installations.
CNC Bending
Two press brakes (4m/160t and 3m/120t) deliver high-precision forming with multi-axis control. Offline programming reduces setup times while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
