First room we went in was dirty so they moved us to a different room which was fine but other room was just as bad. Extra star is because staff are nice

We were booked but on arrival it looked tired from the outside... we were told by the owners our room hadn't been cleaned nor had the rest ifvthe hotel.... no.cleaner... cancelled straight away and went elsewhere....

If you want to stay at this hotel please read all of this first. There was only one thing good about the place and that was the new receptionist. She was absolutely amazing, all questions we asked were answered and she made sure the stay. Where do I even start about the cons. Both bosses where useless, I asked the man boss a question and he didnt know the answer, same with the women boss. I over heard an argument and The man said something absolutely rude to the receptionist which the receptionist replied with if you talk to me like that again I wont work for you anymore, he then replied

Its clean and tidy enough as a basic hotel, but miles away from Milton Keynes centre with no direct bus service unless you walk into Deanshanger. Taxi to center is probably 1/4 of the hotel price for a night. Dont be fooled by the name. One for budget travellers looking to just get the head down then leave to continue a journey. Ideally with a car!
