I am so pleased to have chosen Dovetail to give me my 'dream' smile. Rob and his team provided a first class service from start to finish. Even with the challenges of COVID they kept in touch and always made me feel safe and at ease when I attended appointments. The 'buddy' system - Kelly was my 'go to' - is a really good idea and you definitely feel like you're very much a part of your own process - something which I feel is lost with other dental practitioners. If you are considering getting something done for yourself then I highly recommend you check them out.

After an accident and breaking several of my existing veneers, Rob did a fantastic job of replacing and updating them. I'm a very nervous patient and needed sedation which was handled really well. Kelly was a lovely and reassuring point of contact when I had any worries too. I'm really pleased with my new smile and happy to return to Dovetail if I ever need further treatment.

Absolutely 1st class service from Rob and Helen throughout my treatment. I had an implant fitted by Dovetail after years and years of problems with other procedures i had had and now I finally feel like i've got to a perfect and permanent solution.
Ive found with other dentists in the past that longer waits between appointments can be quite tedious and then the procedures were often given without a lot of reassurance whereas with Dovetail i've felt comfortable and happy throughout, the appointments were always within a few weeks or sometimes even days of each other and the staff always had time
