She is a Chartered Accountant and has significant expertise in contractor payments having worked in the recruitment industry for some 28 years. Outside of work, Val is a passionate supporter of Claire House Children's Hospice in Chester where she serves as a trustee. Paul joined Crest Plus at the end of 2006.
After becoming Head of Sales he was appointed Director in 2012. Paul and his team seek to create long-lasting partnerships with recruitment agencies across the UK, listening and responding to their needs in an ever-changing legislative landscape. Outside work, Paul is a keen sports fan and a dad to 2 very 'sporty' children.
