This is a very peculiar taxi service, and many other reviews show the same pattern I experienced. What you need to understand is that they will only show up and take you onboard if they don't have something else to do or think about. Otherwise, they just don't show up (no warning whatsoever) and you can happily find an alternative service. I have been booking services for 15 years and never seen something like that. These guys are just in the wrong business.

Worst taxi service in the world left me my pregnant wife our three children stranded at Gatwick airport booking was made two weeks in advance. Do not use this company they are rude and just dont care
