I had a hair cut with the trainer hairdresser, and got a really lovely haircut, they were veryunderstanding about what haircut I wanted despite it not being a very conventional cut

I got my eyebrows waxed here so only used the beauty service. Kate booked two of us at the same time so it was a little confusing, however my eyebrows were unaffected (huzzah!) so I think 4/5 is appropriate. Plus they have humbugs on the counter (which may or may not have affected this review)
