Lisa is really nice and professional. She really went out of her way to make sure that the result are 100% satisfying. And she did everything to make me feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible during a really long session. I'm really pleased with the service. The other staff members were also really nice.

I wanted a restyle with an experienced stylist who could advise on the cut to ensure it suited me and my hair so appointment made with Danielle an 'ambassador'. Showed pictures and said I did not want it really short at the back. The end result is nothing like the pictures and only 1cm long at the back. I was not happy with the end result (bit of a mushroom thing going on) but thought if I washed it I could flatten it and cope with it. Sadly I could not so I phoned the next day to speak to her to arrange to come back for some tweaking. The girl who answered the phone said she spoke to Danielle

Shelly is an excellent stylist, she took time to understand what l wanted and then skillfully achieved it for me, l am very happy. The whole experience was positive and l will definitely be going back. Once again l'm totally happy with my hair. Shelly listens to your ideas and advises how this could be practically achieved. She is skillful and genuinely interested in creating the style you want. l really feel in safe hands at KJM the whole experience as soon as you walk in to when you leave is excellent.

It was my first visit to KJM yesterday after a long time not visiting a salon for a haircut. My appointment was with Danielle. She was really friendly and welcoming and listened to what I needed and the various issues I have with my hair. She also discussed each step of my cut as she went along which I really appreciated. As a result, I have a neat fresh look for Christmas. Thank you very much Danielle for a great service. Really skilled and professional!

Having just moved into the area, this was my first time to the salon - now I understand why its always busy, has great reviews & won awards! I went in for a restyle & wanted a new look - I went in wanting a shorter length & found some pictures from the internet for inspiration, but the outcome was x10000 better than anything I imagined or found online!
