We provide a home from home environment similar to our childminding business, but on a larger scale, so you and your child will be welcomed with a calming and warm environment with exploration and curiosity at the heart of all of our rooms.Birth to 3 years with a big beautiful baby room for our birth to 2 years and a unique natural toddler room with a curiosity approach to development all with a friendly home from home feel.

Our Story

Hi, we are Kelly and Jay, and are the owners of Jelly Beans Day Nursery which is situated in a quiet location, just off Chilwell Lane next to the new Baxter Green development. After both being full time working parents ourselves, we understand how important it is to find excellent childcare. This led us to start Jelly Beans Childcare in 2015 which was initially started from our home.

We have an array of activities and entertainment to keep our Jelly beans kids happy and entertained each and every day. Our baby room has been set out for that of our younger children including non-mobile babies, cruisers, and early walkers. We have chosen one of our biggest rooms with plenty of natural light and space to offer various invitations to play at baby levels.

I cannot rate Jelly Beans day nursery highly enough. Our little boy has been attending since he turned one and I returned to work and I genuinely love dropping him off in the morning as I know how much he loves it and how much they love him. They do so much with the children and they're always delighted to see us in the morning and when we pick him up in the afternoon.

We are a nursery that strives to be outstanding for both children and staff. We have a lovely team of people that work amazing together and have a "One Team" approach. We are based in a semi rural area with beautiful surroundings and provide a home from home environment for all.
