Recently stayed overnight along with having an evening meal at the Stamford Gate after attending a funeral wake at the venue. Matt and his team were fantastic in handling the event under difficult circumstances and both the stay and the food were very good.

Had a great meal tonight. Very attentive staff. This spilled over to the car park when I was leaving; I had a bit of an incident, I couldnt believe how the staff involved were so proactive and helpful! Huge thanks.

Food was really good. Unfortunately the staff had their priorities a bit wrong. Waited at the bar for far too long while the girls concentrated on serving coffees. Maybe one of them should have come back to the bar to serve but the constant apologies didn't cut it

Went tonight had a lovely meal we had a party of 20 and the service was really good , nobody waited for anything and the waitresses we're really attentive. Spot on highly recommend .

Went for a birthday party, food was amazing and because we preordered we didn't wait long for food. Rooms have been decorated since I last went and it looks really nice. Will be popping by again!

Little gem. Stopped in for coffee and nibble. Was really surprised at gastro high quality veggie bacon sandwich. Very COVID safe
