OPFAB
Our ISO 9001-certified fabrication facility produces pressure vessels and process equipment up to 40 meters in length. We design storage tanks for LPG, ammonia, and industrial gases following ASME, PD5500, and IS 2825 standards. The 3,000 sqm facility features 30MT cranes and in-house NDT capabilities, ensuring quality control for projects like 38mm-thick propane storage spheres.
OPCON
We execute EPC contracts for hydrocarbon storage facilities including 30,000 MT LPG import terminals with 16.5m diameter tanks. Our expertise covers LNG terminals, crude oil storage, and skid-mounted bottling plants. With 700+ projects completed, we handle engineering, procurement, and construction for facilities requiring 21 Bar pressure vessels and 200MT/hour ship unloading systems.
OPSERV
Our 24/7 operations and maintenance division manages hydrocarbon facilities globally. Services include statutory compliance, preventive maintenance scheduling, and KAIZEN-driven process improvements. We provide trained personnel for continuous operation of storage terminals and dispensing stations, supported by OEM partnerships for emergency breakdown assistance.
OPTEST
We conduct non-destructive testing and statutory certifications for LPG facilities. Services include radiographic inspection of welds, ultrasonic thickness measurement, and hardness testing following ASME standards. Our team certifies underground storage tanks, auto LPG stations, and 17.24 Bar pressure vessels, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
EPC Projects
We deliver turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction solutions for hydrocarbon infrastructure. Projects include 250MT/hour ship unloading systems, 20-meter LPG spheres, and 4000 Kg/Hr vaporizers. Our ISO-certified process handles design through commissioning, with expertise in automation systems and cathodic protection for facilities in challenging environments.
